I always feel this wave of relief when Vasquez are making new music. It’s Scottish bands like this that get me most excited. They are a unique entity and ‘Thumbmusic’ cements them as one of the most dynamic bands of my current listening.
The controlled intensity yet complexity of ‘Thumbmusic’ shows stunning experimentation, it radiates grace and confidence securing my continued fascination with this band.
