Song of the Day comes from the exceptional Shambles In A Husk. They are one of the best bands in Scotland, no question.
Aside from being one of my favourite track titles to date, ‘The TOWIE Effect’ is beautifully broad in texture. This may be ferocious, but its intelligence matches its intensity. For some this may be inaccessible and slightly terrifying, but in an industry currently saturated with formulaic pish, this is a real stand out. This is a full on merciless freak out and I adore it.
