As far as debuts go, singer-songwriter Eleanor hits hard with vocal bombast in release ‘Make Sense’.
Reflecting on her experiences and her generations over a tumultuous period, the song acts cleverly as a conversation between the musician and her mother.
Vocally, this is sublime. the depth in her vocal and the level of richness it brings to the song’s layering is incredible. There are some clever musical nuances in the rest of the arrangement which let her vocal continue to breathe throughout.
It floors me that this is her first single and if this is what Eleanor is producing now then where will we be in ten years time?
