Glasgow’s Thula Borah have been steadily evolving into an unshakable alternative rock band for the last 6 years now.
The quartet have now announced the release of a new EP, Near Life Experience, due out on 27th January 2017 via Kill Jester Records and the first taster comes in the shape of the heroic ‘Confabulation’.
A song to find many shades within, this embraces their ambience fully. It is laden with post-rock undertones and its distorted melodies convey a dreamy emotional depth. Thula Borah have now, for me, found a clear sense of purpose.
