Duo Olivia Price and Rashmit Arora, better known as Pennsylvania dream-folk Sea Offs recently revealed mesmerising ballad ‘Shallow Waters’.
The two-piece have only been composing together since 2014, but their union has already impressed many. Their humble success is simply down to creating distinctively beautiful music and heart-rending songs. ‘Shallow Waters’ is no different, it may be bordering on lyrically bleak at points, but their delivery never shies away from captivating.
