Produced by Hiatus Kaiyote’s Simon Mavin, the Australian musician is the star of the show with her lavish vocal. Taken from her recently released album Control, Slade evokes funk sensibilities and rich R&B textures but takes this to a refreshing level thanks to its drum & bass foundations.
