Sweden is dominating a lot of my listening at the moment, it continues today with Ben Phipps. Phipps has once again collaborated with Nashville vocalist Ashe on the sensational dream electro-pop hit, ‘Alive‘.
With chasmal bass drops and electronic flourishes, this is great, but it’s Ashe’s vocal that takes this to another level. She has this tender, yet liberating influence – this is strong enough to make you yearn for an album.
