Fable returns like a heroic phoenix from the flames with gut-punching alternative juggernaut ‘Thirsty‘.
There will no doubt be the odd Alanis Morissette comparison which cannot be steered from, especially if we look at the Jagged Little Pill days. And, it’s precisely that vigor that Fable draws and injects into this new single.
There is a stunning congruence in the song’s construction whilst she still displays some addictive peculiarities. It’s the sheer wall of sound and stunning production values which are a highlight and when married with Fable’s rollercoaster vocals, she is onto a winner.
‘Thirsty‘ is sheer exhilaration for those in need of much-needed escapism.
