DANCEHALL: ‘Droners’

One of the beautiful things about music blogging is that you get to cover an abundance of music, that’s a given. There’s a tendency to also try and cover as many new artists as possible without necessarily using your support to help develop an audience around them.

London-based alt-punk trio DANCEHALL are a band that help break the mould for us and one we will continue to cover in abundance. Every single release they have put out has been outstanding and their latest gem, ‘Droners’ adds to a faultless infant discography. Too clean for punk, too sanguine for grunge and too cacophonous for pop, this ticks all the boxes. This has a vibrating set of muscular lungs and a song that will satisfy that sweet tooth for solid, no frills, all thrills rock.
