Tasmanian artist Medhanit provides one of the years earworms with latest indie-pop release ‘Friends‘.
One of the most charming aspects of the song is Medhanit’s accent lilt that flows through the chorus. There are also several fierce melodic hooks that pack the song, it almost feels like you are being spoilt thanks to the brilliant sonic twists and turns the song takes.
Heartfelt, individual and bold, this is a welcome addition to this genre and I can’t wait to see what comes next from the musician.
