With 6 Music being one of the big fans and supporters behind Hill, it’s easy to see why once you spend some time in her sonic company.
There’s a flow to her cohesively which feels both unassuming and immaculate. Her bedroom-pop style coexists with a depth of soul and lived experience whilst her metaphoric skills and impressive arrangements obliterate many of her peers when it comes to intelligent songwriting.
Hill always feels so grounded within her music and performance but that doesn’t take away from the fact that she is on a rapid trajectory towards the mainstream.
