Having recently released his new EP You Take Half via Insanity/Sony Music, Bristolian marvel Rob Bravey has revealed the new video for the deeply affecting, ‘Taciturn’.
Directed by Jackson Ducasse (Chvrches, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Dua Lipa) and co-written/produced with Liam Howe (FKA Twigs, Lana Del Rey), this points toward the decidedly darker, more pensive territory that Bravery has created around him.
The video captures the omninous undercurrent of an exquisite song and descends into something far more bleak, yet delightfully absorbing. Despite the simple theme, its impact is substantial and this is one of the finest releases of 2016.
