Digging deep into her musical DNA, Lily makes great use of space and dynamics in this piece and positions herself comfortably alongside not only neo-classical counterparts but also the male-saturated minimal electro pool.
Its unhurried passages sit beautifully against various rainfalls in the other lines of her arrangement and it’s all underpinned with a sadness that makes it all the more charming. Assimilating and absorbing her influences and craft, real confidence shines here creating an immersive listen.
